At the very beginning, DMW launched a new member acquisition campaign delivering a response rate over 400% with direct mail; with email going from a 7% to 20% open rate.

The award-winning Surprising Reasons digital and direct mail campaign put the “pedal to the metal” with a 26% conversion increase and a surprising 54.3% decrease in CPS.

Meemic enlisted DMW in their market expansion efforts beyond their home state of Michigan. Our campaign not only built awareness and trust through frequency and warmth, but nearly doubled response, testing against and beating the control by 88% — while boosting the referral rate for new customers!
