Industry: Nonprofit
Fear. Anger. Uncertainty. When you or a loved one hears “cancer,” a flood of emotions erupt. The last emotion you need to feel is frustration trying to get around a website offering support, information, and opportunities to participate and join the fight.
DMW was engaged to remedy this painful experience for patients, caregivers, donors, and family members who were struggling with not only cancer, but a confusing and outdated website. Our team upgraded UX strategy, streamlined architecture, and bolstered CTAs (we are a DR agency, after all), deploying 45 pages of content. Using warmer imagery, we Introduced new ways to visualize hope, renamed the blog “Stories of Hope,” even created a unique suite of hand-drawn iconography.
The new website debuted to rave reviews from all stakeholders. We are pleased to support nonprofit organizations in our community that are near and dear to our team. Providing pro bono work to support their mission helps make our community a better place for everyone.
