DMW is pleased to announce that Susan Bland has been promoted to Director of Finance at the leading Health Insurance direct marketing agency.
Bland joined DMW’s Accounting team in May 2022 and has flourished in roles of increasing responsibilities.
Now as DMW’s Director of Finance, Susan will oversee both the operational and tactical aspects of the agency’s financial operations, including accounting, treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Prior to her time at DMW, Bland held a variety of financial positions in banking and professional service firms. The latter positions her well for this senior financial position at DMW. Her broad financial abilities will play a key role in the agency’s strategic planning and decision-making with a focus on stable, long-term growth.

Susan earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Pennsylvania State University.
